Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property sales, skilled in client engagement, and capable of closing deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and legal procedures
Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, and investors
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate or sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market is preferred
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Self-motivated, professional, and goal-driven
