Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and research.
Analyze market trends to identify and target promising investment opportunities in Dubai's off-plan property sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, developers, and partners.
Effectively present and promote property offerings to prospective buyers and investors.
Close sales professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Work closely with the internal team while also being independently accountable for personal sales targets.
Who We're Looking For:
Presentable and enthusiastic personality is a must.
Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is required; experience in off-plan property sales is a
strong advantage

Background in business development or other client-facing roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
