Job Description

As a Sales Agent in Secondary Market, Key duties include market analysis, viewings, closing deals, ensuring RERA compliance, and using CRM systems, with strong sales skills and local experience being crucial.

Sourcing & Listing:

Find properties from owners, list them on portals and manage CRM.

Client Management:

Advise buyers/sellers, conduct viewings, build relationships, and provide market insights.

Negotiation & Sales:

Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly targets.

Documentation:

Prepare RERA-compliant documents (Form A, B, F) and contracts.

Market Expertise:

Stay updated on trends, values, and regulations in Dubai communities (e.g., Downtown, JVC)

Requirements:



- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Secondary Market.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
