We are currently seeking a

smart, confident, and results-driven Female Sales Agent

to join one of Dubai's leading real estate brokerage firms. This is an exciting opportunity for a

presentable, enthusiastic individual

with a passion for property sales to become part of Dubai's dynamic off-plan real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research. Analyze market trends to identify and target promising investment opportunities in Dubai's off-plan property sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, developers, and partners. Effectively present and promote property offerings to prospective buyers and investors. Close sales professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Work closely with the internal team while also being independently accountable for personal sales targets.

Who We're Looking For:

Female candidate with a confident, smart, and professional appearance. Presentable and enthusiastic personality is a must. Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is required; experience in off-plan property sales is a

strong advantage

. Background in business development, telesales, or other client-facing roles is a

plus

. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach. Team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
