Requirements
- Minimum 3-6 months Dubai real estate experience
- Personal car.
- Driving license (optional)
- Money motivated
- To be financially independent to make the move
- Determination for success.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Outstanding telephone antiquates for cold calling
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Fluent in the English language and their own native language
- A team player but also capable to work independently
- Selling developer property portfolio
- Generating new buyers by your own source cold/warm calling.
- Conducting market appraisals/valuations with the homeowner/landlord.
- Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and developer.
- 1% Commission payable on property selling price. ( Secondary property )
- Residential Visa (work permit)
