Job Description
We are looking for a Hardworking Sales Agent to join our team Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with landlords and advise them on best methods for promoting their properties, convincing them to have us manage their properties
- Help in property promotion using best practices for particular areas and locations
- Understand buyer personas in order to match the right buyers with the right property
- Provide buyers with advice about properties, local neighborhoods, and other community aspects
- Make sure that all legal documents are filled and signed
- Analyzing data and market trends.
- Renting our apartments to tenants, go for viewing, close deals.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
