Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand clients\' business objectives, challenges, and needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to securing lucrative deals that align with our business objectives.
  • Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas, strategically mapping out the steps required for success.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that precisely meet the unique requirements of clients.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor actions, and industry developments to seize potential business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Track and report on key account metrics, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively discover new sales opportunities through effective networking strategies, converting them into long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: Preferably 1\xe2\x80\x932 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: A bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance or a related field is typically preferred.
  • Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are needed to identify opportunities and address client needs effectively. Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies as the hospitality sector evolves are necessary.
  • Time Management and Multitasking: Must be proficient in time management and multitasking to skillfully prioritize and manage various responsibilities and meet deadlines with efficiency.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is needed.
