Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that precisely meet the unique requirements of clients.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor actions, and industry developments to seize potential business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
Track and report on key account metrics, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
Proactively discover new sales opportunities through effective networking strategies, converting them into long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Preferably 1\xe2\x80\x932 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
Education: A bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance or a related field is typically preferred.
Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with clients at various levels.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are needed to identify opportunities and address client needs effectively. Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies as the hospitality sector evolves are necessary.
Time Management and Multitasking: Must be proficient in time management and multitasking to skillfully prioritize and manage various responsibilities and meet deadlines with efficiency.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is needed.
