Job Description

Female Administrative Officer with UAE Driving License Performs miscellaneous administrative duties. Maintain and update company databases. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents. Having an in-depth understanding of company policy and procedure and laws of the country. Update office policies as needed. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments. Provides overall administrative and clerical support as requested from time to time by the Facility Management team & HR Team. Staying up to date, interpreting, and advising on UAE Labor law. Handling and coordinating all types of renewals. Managing ISO documentation. Ensure an efficient level of general office support. Ensures that the policies and procedures laid down by management are followed accurately at all times. To have a full working knowledge of the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), monitoring of usage, and integrity of data. Maintains tracking record of company licenses, visas, and employee benefits and documents due to expire and ensures that is coordinated in a timely manner to all concerned individuals. Liaising between the company and Government authorities such as the UAE Immigration Dept, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Dubai Court, Dubai Police Station, RTA Traffic Department, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Chamber of Commerce, etc. Handles all legal paperwork and documentation of a company. Obtain new employment visas/work permits, Medical Examinations for all expatriate employees and their dependents. Accurately prepare and process all the renewals such as Tenancy contract/ Ejari attestation, Medical, and Business Insurance. Staying up to date, interpreting, and advising on UAE Labor law. Vehicle Management \xe2\x80\x93 RTA Renewals Requirements 2+ years of UAE experience. UAE Driving License. Proven work experience in the field of Administrator, Human Resources, or similar role.
