Efficient Tourism LLC is looking for a dynamic

Sales & Administrative Coordinator

to support both sales activities and office operations. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with client coordination, handle administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and proposals Communicate with clients via phone and email regarding inquiries and bookings Maintain customer records and update databases (CRM/Excel) Provide general administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations Follow up with clients and support in achieving sales targets

Requirements:



Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
