Job Responsibilities
Handle B2B sales inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
Promote and sell the company's tourism services, packages, and corporate travel solutions
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with B2B clients, agents, and partners
Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth execution of services
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets set by the management
Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and market insights
Support the team in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in the travel & tourism industry (UAE experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of UAE tourism products, attractions, and corporate travel services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with reservation/booking systems is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
Positive attitude, organized, proactive, and self-motivated
