We're now looking to add a

Sales & Admin Coordinator

to our team -- someone organized, confident, and comfortable speaking with clients and coordinating with our technical team. If you have a background in

sales, admin support, or interior/woodwork-related industries

What You'll Do:

Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups. Respond to client inquiries and schedule site visits for our technical team. Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner. Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, carpentry, site team). Track sales leads, update project timelines, and maintain CRM or Excel logs. Help manage client relationships and ensure smooth project delivery.

Who We're Looking For:

Female candidates preferred

due to the nature of client interaction. Fluent in English; Russian or Arabic is a bonus. Prior experience in

sales coordination, admin, or client servicing

within fit-out, interiors, carpentry, or construction sectors. Comfortable speaking with clients and learning basic technical terms (wood types, joinery work, etc.). Strong in organizing tasks, follow-ups, and documentation. Positive, polished, and professional personality.
