We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Sales Admin Assistant
to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations by managing documentation, providing administrative support, and delivering excellent customer service. This position directly contributes to improving sales efficiency and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately and within required timelines.
Maintain and update customer records, sales documents, and contract files.
Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams and follow up with clients to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track pending and ongoing orders and provide regular status updates to customers and the sales team.
Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries for management review.
Manage filing, documentation, and correspondence related to all sales activities.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team as required.
Monitor and maintain office and sales-related supplies to support daily operations.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the sales department when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
A proactive, customer-oriented, and professional approach to work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
