to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative and operational processes, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service to help drive the department's efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
quotations, sales orders, and invoices
accurately and on time.
Maintain and update
customer databases, sales records, and contracts
.
Coordinate
deliveries, logistics, and client follow-ups
to ensure timely completion.
Track and monitor
pending orders
and communicate updates effectively to customers.
Assist in preparing
sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries
for management.
Manage
filing, documentation, and correspondence
related to sales activities.
Organize
meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
for the sales team.
Monitor and maintain
office and sales-related supplies
.
Provide
general administrative and clerical support
as required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma
in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience
in sales coordination or administrative support.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Exceptional
organizational, multitasking, and time-management
skills.
Customer-oriented attitude
with a professional, proactive approach.
