well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Admin Assistant
to support our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, maintaining accurate documentation, and delivering outstanding customer service to enhance overall sales efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
quotations, sales orders, and invoices
accurately and within deadlines.
Maintain and update
customer databases, sales records, and contract files
.
Coordinate
deliveries, logistics, and client follow-ups
to ensure timely execution of orders.
Track and monitor
pending orders
and provide regular updates to customers and the sales team.
Assist in preparing
sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries
for management.
Manage
filing, documentation, and correspondence
related to sales activities.
Organize
meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
for the sales team.
Monitor and maintain
office and sales-related supplies
to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide
general administrative and clerical support
to the sales department as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma
in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in
sales coordination or administrative support
roles.
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Exceptional
organisational, multitasking, and time management
abilities.
