Handle day-to-day administrative duties and office support
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage schedules
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with HR-related tasks such as employee records and onboarding
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed
Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers when required
Perform general office duties as assigned by management
