Mood Group is advertising an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join a Fim & Flexible company of 350+ employees based in the UAE - Dubai.
Our client is a leading packaging company, providing packaging solutions to a number of global organisations. Working with our client will give you the chance to develop your career and lifestyle experiences not only in the UAE but also in other geographies. The purpose of this role is for the successful candidate to build a wide network of customers both within the GCC and Africa, to provide account management services, identify new sales opportunities and developing relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to face and resolve any customer issues. We are looking for an experienced, motivated and highly dialogued Account Manager with a successful track record in developing new business and maintaining relationships with current customers. Preferably, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or similar. It is considered beneficial if the candidate has an understanding of the UAE market and a network of contacts in the packaging industry. Job assignments include but are not limited to:

• Developing and managing existing customer accounts
• Achieving Sales objectives
• Providing customer service and building relationships
• Identifying new sales opportunities and pitching accordingly
• Analysing and responding to customer feedback
• Updating customer records
