About the Role:

Trident MEA Technologies is urgently hiring a

Sales Account Manager - IT Healthcare Solutions

with a strong background in IT Infrastructure and Healthcare Technology sales within the UAE market.
This role is ideal for experienced, results-driven professionals who have established relationships in the healthcare sector and are passionate about driving digital transformation in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong profit margins. Develop and manage long-term relationships with clients in the healthcare sector. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in healthcare IT and infrastructure. Work closely with technology partners and vendors to expand market presence. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Director. Support the development and execution of effective sales and market strategies.

What You'll Need:

Minimum

5 years of IT Infrastructure / Healthcare Technology Sales experience

with a

System Integrator

in the UAE (mandatory). Proven client base and strong relationships within the

healthcare industry

(hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, or medical institutions). Solid understanding of

Unified Communications (UC), Contact Center (CC), Audio-Visual (AV), IT Infrastructure, and ELV

systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. In-depth knowledge of the UAE healthcare business landscape and vendor/reseller management.

UAE Driving License

(mandatory for client visits). Proactive, results-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset.
