Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Manager who specializes in selling digital marketing services and media while excelling in client retention. The ideal candidate is a driven professional with a proven track record of generating revenue growth, adept at developing effective sales strategies, crafting compelling presentations, and achieving monthly sales targets. Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a must. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure the successful delivery of services. Responsibilities: 1. Excellent Client Management:
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by gaining deep insights into their business needs, objectives, and pain points.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, and concerns, and offering effective solutions.
  • Regularly engage with clients to obtain feedback, gauge satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Present product/service offerings persuasively, highlighting their benefits and aligning them with the clients objectives.
2. Growth Marketing & Advertising:
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement cutting-edge marketing and advertising strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.
  • Analyze market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and competitors\' activities to pinpoint opportunities to expand the client\'s market presence.
  • Leverage a comprehensive range of digital marketing techniques, including content creation, SEO, social media, and more to bolster brand visibility and lead generation strategies.
3. Sales Growth:
  • Devise and execute strategic sales plans aimed at exceeding pre-defined sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue escalation.
  • Identify and capitalize on business prospects within the existing client portfolio as well as potential leads.
  • Conduct thorough market research to spot emerging trends and diversification avenues, presenting actionable recommendations to senior management.
4. Technical Marketing & PPC:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to client engagement, sales, marketing efforts, and PPC campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI and generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to convey intricate product/service information to clients accurately and effectively.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Regularly provide comprehensive reports to management, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and actionable improvement plans.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to fine-tune strategies, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance.
7. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Share valuable client insights with internal teams to refine product/service offerings and enhance the overall customer journey.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Must be fluent in English & French.
  • Italian and/or Arabic fluency is also an advantage.
  • Must be residing or willing to relocate to Dubai.
  • Proven experience of 2-5 years in selling digital marketing services, media, or related solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, and PPC Analysis, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights.
  • Self-motivated, confident, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and related strategies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month Language:
