Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and

experienced Sales Account Manager

with a strong background in

B2B cybersecurity sales

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving growth in the UAE and wider Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand a client portfolio in the cybersecurity sector

Conduct market research, lead generation, and prospecting

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure

Meet with potential clients to assess needs and propose tailored solutions

Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and sales leadership on proposals and pitches

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling

Stay informed on HWG's evolving solutions and industry trends

Support public and private tender processes as required

Monitor competitor positioning and help refine business strategy

Keep pipeline, forecasts, and sales tools up to date in line with targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

2-3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in the cybersecurity provider or integrator

Strong knowledge of the local cybersecurity landscape and client portfolio

Results-driven, disciplined, and strategic thinker

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Precise, adaptable, and collaborative team player

Willingness to travel.

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Knowledge of major technologies in the market will be considered a plus
