About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to drive growth in our drinking glassware & bamboo straws product line. In this role, you will manage key client relationships, expand our customer base, and promote our high-quality, biodegradable drinking glassware & bamboo straws as a sustainable alternative to plastic. The ideal candidate is passionate about eco-friendly products, has a proven track record in sales, and excels at building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with retailers, hospitality businesses, e-commerce platforms, and corporate clients interested in sustainable products. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets for bamboo straws. Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and support order fulfilment. Track and report on key account metrics, including sales forecasts, revenue growth, and client feedback.

Requirements:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong understanding of sustainable products and enthusiasm for environmental causes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
