A reputable and well-established company is actively recruiting a Sales Account Manager for their team in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by consistently converting leads into accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation, requirement gathering, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Identify new business opportunities and leads.
• Promote IT solutions.
• Work closely with the pre-sales and solutions architect to ensure the proposal matches the customer's requirements and budgets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendor partners, and distributors.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience with a UAE-based system integrator or ICT services company.
• Experience selling mid-to-large scale IT projects and solutions.
• Strong network and customer base within the UAE public and private sectors.
• Solid understanding of the UAE ICT landscape, government procurement processes, and enterprise IT requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
