Job Title: Sales Lady - Salon Retail & Hair Treatments

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Lady to represent our professional hair care and treatment products in salons. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of hair treatments and retail products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with salon owners and stylists.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell professional hair treatments and retail products to salons. Conduct regular visits to existing and potential salon clients to build strong business relationships. Provide product knowledge and training sessions to salon staff when needed. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain an organized schedule of client visits and follow-ups. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products. Gather feedback from salons to improve services and product positioning. Prepare sales reports and share market insights with management.
Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, hair, or salon industry. Strong knowledge of hair treatments, retail products, and salon operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Well-organized, goal-driven, and able to work independently. Valid driving license and ability to travel across assigned areas. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in cosmetology, hairdressing, or beauty therapy. Experience in B2B sales within the beauty or wellness industry. Ability to conduct product demonstrations and training.
