Salon Receptionist
to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth salon operations. Responsibilities:
Greeting Clients:
Welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel comfortable and valued upon entering the salon.
Appointment Management:
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule client appointments, ensuring the salon's booking system is up-to-date.
Client Check-In/Out:
Assist clients with checking in and out, processing payments, and providing receipts.
Customer Service:
Answer phone calls and emails, address inquiries, and handle any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Product Sales:
Promote and sell salon products, upsell additional services, and provide information about services offered.
Salon Maintenance:
Ensure the salon's front area, reception desk, and client waiting area are neat, organized, and welcoming.
Client Records Management:
Keep accurate client records, including personal information, appointment history, and any special requirements.
Communication with Staff:
Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth service delivery, manage scheduling conflicts, and provide updates to stylists or technicians.
Cash Handling:
Process payments via cash, credit card, or mobile payments and keep track of cash flow accurately.
Managing Salon Supplies:
Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory for salon products and supplies.
Qualifications:
Previous Experience:
Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in a salon, spa, or related industry.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients, staff, and vendors.
Organization:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointments, client records, and the reception area.
Technology Proficiency:
Comfortable using salon booking software, point-of-sale systems, and basic office equipment (computers, phones, etc.).
Multitasking Ability:
Capable of managing multiple tasks at once, including answering the phone, greeting clients, and managing appointments during busy periods.
Professionalism:
A polished appearance and the ability to maintain a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.
Sales Skills:
Ability to promote and upsell products and services effectively.
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively with salon staff to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of salon software (Short-cut) or willingness to learn.
Previous experience in a beauty-related environment (salon, spa, wellness center, etc.).
Basic understanding of salon services and products to answer client questions and provide recommendations.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
