Euro People Connect LLC, a Dubai-based recruitment support agency, is assisting its client in Poland (European Union) with the sourcing and pre-selection of candidates for production workers roles.

Important:

The employment will be based in Poland (EU). Only UAE residents can apply Relocation is required. Candidates must be willing to move from the UAE to Poland. The recruitment process will include local screening and pre-selection interviews in Dubai. The final employment contract will be signed directly with the employer in Poland.
Euro People Connect LLC will provide guidance and administrative support throughout the process of obtaining an EU work visa and work permit.

Key Responsibilities for

Production worker

(for the role in Poland)

Division or packaging of meat products
Verification of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications

Tasks such as deboning, cutting, and knife work and work in charcuterie zone

Compliance with hygiene standards and maintenance of workplace cleanliness

Classification of meat parts

Candidate Requirements

Willingness to work early shifts

Good manual skills

Ability to meet the accepted work standards in the production area

Willingness to relocate and work in Poland (EU).

Ability to attend pre-selection interviews in Dubai.

Costs Covered by Candidates

To ensure transparency, candidates should be aware of the following relocation costs payable by the candidate:

EU Work Visa & Work Permit fee (as per embassy regulations). Joining flight ticket to Poland. Administration fee, which covers: Preparation and collection of all legal documents required by both candidate and employer. Assistance with visa application and interview scheduling. Support during the visa interview process. Coordination of visa collection and joining ticket purchase.
