We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled
Sales Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support to customers, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client requirements. You will act as a bridge between the technical team and the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product specifications.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including product training and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer information in CRM systems.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company products and services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field preferred).
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in power generation/GENERATORS
Strong technical knowledge of products and solutions relevant to the industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex technical information to non-technical clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Valid UAE driving license (if job requires site/client visits).

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
