Compensation Structure:

Base salary + overseas allowance + sales commission. Opportunity to participate in large-scale international construction projects and regional market expansion.

We are seeking experienced Sales Engineers to support the overseas expansion of a Chinese state-owned enterprise in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving sales growth within the industrial construction sector, including steel structure systems, projects, and solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong sales capability, industry knowledge, and cross-functional coordination skills to expand market presence and build long-term customer partnerships in the region.

Drive sales revenue growth and profitability for the Wiskind Enclosure System Business Unit. Develop new markets, acquire new customers, and expand regional sales coverage for products, projects, and solutions. Collect market insights and analyze competitive intelligence within the assigned territory. Plan and execute regional sales activities to achieve assigned sales targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and establish long-term strategic partnerships. Collaborate closely with technical, design, project management, supply chain, and pricing teams to ensure effective project execution. Manage local regulatory requirements, product certifications, logistics coordination, and liaise with relevant local government authorities (e.g. MSSA)..

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Industrial & Civil Architecture, or a related discipline. Proven experience in overseas market expansion for Chinese state-owned enterprises. Sales experience in the steel structure construction industry, or at least 2 years of project-based sales experience in related industries (e.g. coatings, waterproof materials). Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. High sense of responsibility, ownership, and commitment. Proficiency in Chinese communication (spoken and written).
