Assist with Sage X3 ERP implementations, software upgrades, patch installations, module deployments, and process improvements; manage integrations, testing, and setup across all modules (Sales, Purchase, Finance, AR/AP, Inventory, Manufacturing).
Provide help desk monitoring, troubleshoot system issues, maintain ERP reports, support end-users, and specify/assist ongoing development of X3 applications.
Manage data uploads (opening balances, stock, ledgers, price lists), set up organizational structures and modules, perform database maintenance, and ensure regular system backups and recovery.
Adhere to HSE requirements, ensure safe systems of work, and perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.
