Job Description

The Role

:

? Assist with Sage X3 ERP implementations, software upgrades, patch installations, module deployments, and process improvements; manage integrations, testing, and setup across all modules (Sales, Purchase, Finance, AR/AP, Inventory, Manufacturing). ? Provide help desk monitoring, troubleshoot system issues, maintain ERP reports, support end-users, and specify/assist ongoing development of X3 applications. ? Manage data uploads (opening balances, stock, ledgers, price lists), set up organizational structures and modules, perform database maintenance, and ensure regular system backups and recovery. ? Adhere to HSE requirements, ensure safe systems of work, and perform other related duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications: ? 35 years old and below ? At least 3 years' experience in the paints industry implementing, configuring, and supporting Sage X3 ERP (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing) on Microsoft Windows Servers. ? Proficient in ERP data management, including migrations, integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting. ? Must have a strong understanding of accounting, supply chain, and manufacturing processes with the ability to deliver system solutions.
