Responsibilities:
Conduct health & safety training sessions and toolbox talks.
Prepare and implement HSE policies, procedures, and reports.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations (OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.).
Identify potential hazards and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor safety performance and report KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of experience
as Safety Officer or Trainer.
Solid knowledge of HSE legislation, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
Proficient in
MS Office
; knowledge of safety management systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in
English & Hindi
(both required).
Bachelor's degree
in Engineering, Safety Management, or related field.
Valid
NEBOSH IGC
or
OSHA
certification (required).
Based in
Dubai
or willing to relocate.
