Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Engineer/Officer to join our team for ongoing Dubai project with a proven track record in the piling industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety and be committed to ensuring the highest standards of health and safety compliance on site.

Key Responsibilities:



- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies, procedures, and protocols for piling operations

- Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions

- Provide safety training, guidance, and support to site staff and workers

- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and implement measures to prevent recurrence

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety is integrated into project planning and execution

- Monitor and report on safety performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies

Requirements:



- Relevant degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field

- More than 5 years of HSE experience in construction projects (UAE/GCC experience preferred).

- Proven experience in safety management, preferably in piling or construction industry

- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is a plus

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
