We, Bruders Building Contracting LLC currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Safety Engineer Officer

to join our team for ongoing infrastructure projects, including villas, buildings, and general civil works. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction safety and be committed to ensuring the highest standards of health and safety compliance on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments on site. Provide safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel. Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper documentation and reporting in line with client and regulatory requirements. Liaise with site teams and ensure a proactive safety culture is maintained throughout the project.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of HSE experience in infrastructure projects (including villas, buildings, and general civil works).

Trakhees SARS/SSRS Card Holder

- Mandatory*.
Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations, risk assessment, and hazard control. Familiar with local HSE legislation and international safety standards. Certified in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH). Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills. Ability to join
