Safety Supervisors

to lead on-site safety implementation and compliance across Oil & Gas projects.

Role Overview

The

Safety Supervisor

will be responsible for overseeing site-level HSE activities, supervising Safety Officers, and ensuring compliance with EPC-3 SHES Critical Position requirements. This role requires proven supervisory experience in Oil & Gas projects, with strong technical knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide

Safety Officers

to ensure SHES standards are implemented on-site. Conduct and oversee daily safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits. Lead toolbox talks, site safety meetings, and training sessions. Ensure strict compliance with

Permit-to-Work (PTW)

, Method Statements, and Job Safety Analyses (JSA). Enforce proper use of PPE and safe work practices across all operations. Review and report incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with client SHES representatives and ensure alignment with EPC-3 requirements. Submit safety performance reports to project management.
Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

of HSE supervisory experience in the Oil & Gas sector (Qatar/GCC preferred).

Certification:

NEBOSH IGC (mandatory) or equivalent, in line with EPC-3 SHES Critical Positions. Additional HSE certifications: OSHA, ISO 45001, H2S, Confined Space, First Aid/CPR (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
