Senior Workshop Supervisor - Oil & Gas Industry
"We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop operations related to equipment maintenance, fabrication, and repair activities within the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient workflow."
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day workshop activities and workforce.
Ensure maintenance and repair of oilfield equipment (valves, pumps, tools, etc.).
Coordinate with project and operations teams to meet deadlines and standards.
Enforce safety and quality control measures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and material inventory.
Train and mentor workshop staff and technicians.
Prepare job reports, work orders, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
Minimum 6-10 years of workshop experience in the oil and gas industry.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Strong knowledge of workshop equipment and oilfield tools.
Familiarity with industry standards such as API, ASME, etc.
Good understanding of HSE policies and practices.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Technical problem-solving skills.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Good in English speaking and writing.
. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience:
* Pump Operator: 3 years (Preferred)
