for a project in Abu Dhabi. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on-site.
Responsibilities:
Follow and enforce TAQA transmission safety standards.
Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with company and UAE HSE regulations.
Keep safety records, reports, and handle incident investigations.
Provide safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions.
Coordinate with management, clients, and authorities on safety issues.
Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
Requirements:
Education:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
Certification:
NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).
Approval:
TAQA Transmission Approval (required).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in HSE (preferably in transmission, utilities, or infrastructure).
Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
