Good knowledge of developing, implementing, and managing quality, risk, health, safety, and environmental management systems ideally within a large, dispersed portfolio.
o Full compliance with international standards and standards applicable in the state of Qatar related to building maintenance (For example ISO 45001) and symbols (for example NFPA).
o Experienced in Inspected and audited quality management systems.
o Experience of delivering QHSE training to staff & suppliers.
o Advising and instructing on various safety-related topics.
o Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures.
o Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
o Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
o When a workplace accident occurs, conducts an investigation to determine why the accident happened.
o Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
o Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
o Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
o Should assist site supervisor as per site requirement.
