Position Overview
Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring an experienced Safety Officer to manage health and safety standards across its facilities in Dubai. This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive risk management, and leadership in promoting a safe working environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) activities within the facility.
• Prepare and maintain H&S checklists and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor staff use of proper PPE and maintain discipline during work and break times.
• Conduct daily inspections to identify hazards inside and outside the facility.
• Maintain harmony and address any indiscipline in coordination with supervisors.
• Organize periodic H&S training and awareness sessions, including safety inductions.
• Record and report incidents and accidents, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Inspect and maintain safety equipment and ensure regular checks and repairs.
• Manage First Aid kits, replenish supplies, and provide first aid as needed.
• Lead emergency evacuation drills and ensure emergency exits are accessible.
• Monitor high-risk activities and implement waste management and housekeeping systems.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree with NEBOSH / IOSH certification.
• Physically fit, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Skilled in risk analysis, people management, and safety culture implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and MS Office skills.
• Prior experience in health and safety roles within warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
