to join a high-profile development project in Dubai.

We are currently seeking a
Safety Officer
with valid
EMAAR and/or MIRAGE
approvals to ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote safe work practices, and monitor site activities on a major construction project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HSE supervision in accordance with UAE regulations and top developer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure daily implementation of health and safety policies and procedures on-site.
Conduct routine inspections and audits to assess and enforce compliance.
Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective measures.
Deliver toolbox talks, safety training, and inductions to workers and subcontractors.
Liaise with project management and developers' safety representatives.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly HSE reports.
Investigate incidents/accidents and implement preventative actions.
Maintain safety documentation as per EMAAR and MIRAGE requirements.
Requirements:
Must be EMAAR and MIRAGE approved
- valid approval documentation required.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction.
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of UAE safety regulations and developer-specific HSE standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
