Key Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce fire safety standards, health, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
Prepare safety reports, accident investigations, and corrective action plans.
Ensure all fire protection systems are properly inspected, tested, and maintained.
Deliver safety induction, training sessions, and toolbox talks.
Coordinate with project teams to promote a culture of safety and compliance with Civil Defense regulations.
Maintain up-to-date documentation related to fire safety procedures and emergency response plans.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in a fire protection or construction company.
Certification in Safety Management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is mandatory.
Knowledge of UAE Civil Defense regulations and fire protection standards.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
