We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and site safety procedures.
Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports.
Maintain safety documentation and records.
Coordinate with site management to promote a safe working environment.
Provide safety training and awareness to workers and staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects.
Knowledge of HSE regulations and construction safety standards.
Strong reporting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently on site.
Relevant safety certifications are an advantage.
