Champion a zero-incident culture and emphasize the importance of valuing people across all operations.
Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations, internal policies, and corporate programs. Collaborate with the regional safety team to review and integrate updates to applicable laws and standards.
Perform job hazard analyses and ergonomic evaluations to detect operational risks and recommend engineering controls for their elimination.
Lead and support the training of employees at all levels on general safety, environmental awareness, and task-specific requirements. Work with the regional team to design and deliver training modules.
Complete monthly training on various EHS topics and ensure up-to-date knowledge is disseminated across teams.
Maintain necessary records, reports, and files to comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements .
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and safety data to identify trends and present recommendations to leadership for performance enhancement.
Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections of the facility, including warehouses.
Coordinate and oversee emergency response planning and execution .
Lead the safety committee, ensuring engagement and action across all departments.
Manage incident investigations and reporting processes to drive timely resolution and learning.
Support the implementation and ongoing compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
Guarantee adherence to federal and California environmental regulations, including permit compliance. What Makes You a Great Fit for This Role?

Holds a BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in EHS, Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
Brings 3+ years of experience in environmental, health & safety or an engineering role.
