The QC/QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring that piling and enabling works are executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role involves monitoring construction processes, inspecting materials, and maintaining documentation to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Inspection:
Conduct inspections of piling operations, enabling works, and associated materials.
Verify compliance with project specifications, drawings, and engineering standards.
Perform dimensional checks, material testing, and visual inspections.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for piling and enabling works.
Ensure that all work follows approved construction methods and standards.
Review method statements, risk assessments, and work permits for compliance.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA/QC reports.
Maintain records of inspections, test results, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.
Document and report any deviations or quality issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all QA/QC activities are performed in compliance with site safety regulations.
Identify potential risks affecting quality and suggest corrective measures.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in audits and inspections to improve quality processes.
Recommend improvements in materials, methods, and construction techniques.
Training & Guidance:
Assist in training site personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
