Job Description
Create Safety and Security managing policy, rules, regulation, protocol etc. Manage all watchmen and cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of safety and cleanliness and their behaviour while on duty. Ensure the building is safe and secure. Ensuring that a first class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building. Reviewing work schedules for cleaners and watchmen. Ordering of cleaning materials. Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures. Assisting with emergency response and evacuations. Evaluating watchmen and cleaners performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training. Submit periodic reports to the CEO on the progress of work in security and cleaning. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED4,500.00 per month Application Question(s):
