Roles and Responsibilities: Check and control the processing of the product at all stages (Mixing, Forming, Oven and ODI VA mitids Packaging) of production both regular and random basis. Follow and maintain the application of quality system & process control documents in production area. Analysis and reporting of the online non-conformities/failures & events related to quality and ensure full tracking of FGs. implement and ensure the compliance of QC systems, GMP and Food safety program requirements Sampling processes of semi-finished and finish good products. Conduct products scoring and sensory evaluation. To cover Quality Laboratory during vacations and rotation. Covering Safety inspections and audit during the shifts and monitoring the work permit activities in the factory.
