Coordinates all of the planning, execution and recap functions involved in quality assurance of the facility\xe2\x80\x99s KPI and datum. Shall lead other colleagues and fosters collaboration and cooperation with the greater result in the pursuit of delivering a high quality of health care service and ensure compliance with the required standards of authorizing bodies (HAAD, Tasneef-Jawda, ACHC, etc.) Works in collaboration with the management, supervisors and staff to lead the quality and safety program. The key functions of this position are to ensure that AHHC maintains its accreditation status and to lead key strategic quality and safety improvement initiatives across the organisation. Qualifications 1. With Bachelors in Nursing or any medical degree 2. Desirable With HAAD/DOH License 3. With homecare experience as a Quality Officer 4. At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience on the same position or designation Responsibilities and Duties 1. Assist and review with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to quality measure. 2. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company-specific regulations related to the quality of services, KPI, and to the proper performance of day-to-day activities. 3. Oversee detailed inspections and documentation in improving data collection and submission process. 4. Perform quality and spot checking to ensure that guidelines of authorizing bodies involved are being followed. 5. Prepare and maintain quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations. 6. Performs internal audit of data collected for JAWDA KPI prior submission. 7. Lead quality meeting monthly/quarterly prior submission and able to identify the root cause of the problem. 8. KPI review, corrective action and preventive measures to be decided by the committee to improve the service. 9. Providing effective leadership in Quality Management 10. Coordinate the process of ensuring accreditation standards continue to be adhered to and upgraded as required 11. Maintains continuity of nursing by documenting and communicating actions and continuing needs 12. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
