Job Description

We\'re seeking a highly motivated and experienced SaaS Sales Director to join our dynamic team at indaHash. As the SaaS Sales Director, you\'ll play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy for our self-serve SaaS product. Your focus will be on achieving revenue targets, building and leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering key client relationships.

Responsibilities:

\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for our self-serve SaaS product to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead, motivate, and manage a team of SaaS sales representatives, providing clear goals, guidance, and support.

\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead

generation campaigns and promotional activities.

\xe2\x97\x8f Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional

customer service and understanding their unique needs.

\xe2\x97\x8f Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

to drive product enhancements and identify improvement areas.

\xe2\x97\x8f Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the executive

team, contributing to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.

\xe2\x97\x8f Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong leadership skills with a successful background in managing and mentoring sales teams.

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

\xe2\x97\x8f In-depth knowledge of the SaaS sales process, lead generation

techniques, and customer acquisition strategies.

\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with influencer marketing and the digital advertising

landscape is a plus.

\xe2\x97\x8f Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business success.
