Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor (Russian-speaking)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in F&B leadership roles

Job Summary;

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor who can lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate must be Russian-speaking, have strong leadership skills, and be passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee service standards, staff coordination, and overall restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations to maintain high service quality Lead, guide, and motivate service staff to ensure excellent guest experience Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for seamless workflow Monitor table service, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene standards Train new staff on service protocols and brand standards Assist with scheduling, floor planning, and task delegation Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE food safety regulations Oversee cash handling and opening/closing procedures
Requirements

Fluent in Russian and English (additional languages are a plus) Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter in a restaurant Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to join immediately (preferred)
