We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Russian or Arabic-speaking Restaurant Supervisor

to oversee daily operations in our restaurant located in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest service Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow in all service areas Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally Train and support wait staff, runners, and new team members Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards Assist with staff scheduling, shift management, and opening/closing duties Report to management on operational needs and customer feedback

Requirements:

Fluency in

Russian or Arabic

(mandatory), with good English communication Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader in a restaurant or cafe Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
