Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Outlet Supervisor
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Waiter who is fluent in Russian to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional table service, ensuring our Russian-speaking guests feel welcomed and have an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items and daily specials in both English and Russian.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional, and attentive manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to service, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
• Ensure tables, settings, and the overall restaurant environment are clean and well-maintained.
• Process payments using the POS system accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Have thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or high-volume food service establishment.
• Proven experience in providing high-quality table service.

Skills & Competencies:

• Mandatory fluency in Russian and English (both verbal and written).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic serving techniques.
