Department: BackOffice As in any large organization, in GSL there is a division of departments into Front Office and Back Office, or, if you use the professional slang \xc2\xabMining\xc2\xbb and \xc2\xabProviding\xc2\xbb departments. The latter term very accurately conveys the purpose of the work and the meaning of the existence of the Back Office: in every possible way to assist, help and create comfortable working conditions for the \xc2\xabMining\xc2\xbb departments - lawyers, auditors and partners. Requirements:
Part-time hours: 30 per week
- Completed higher-education;
- English \xe2\x80\x93 upper-intermediate /advanced;
- Knowledge of the Russian language;
- Confident PC knowledge;
- Neatness and attentiveness;
- Responsibility;
- Courtesy and patience. Sincere benevolence;
- Work experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
- Preparation of documents in English according to templates;
- Maintenance of electronic document management of English-language documents;
- Correspondence with foreign partners:
- Correspondence with agents in a foreign language on current issues;
- Maintenance of electronic document management of correspondence;
- Scanning and archiving of documents.
Part-time hours: 30 per week
