ob Title: Russian-Speaking Account Manager, Kingsmen Agency

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Russian-speaking Account Manager to join our team at Kingsmen Agency in Dubai. In this role, you will be the key link between our clients and our agency, managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and driving client strategy. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles and be able to coordinate and lead advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop relationships with our Russian-speaking clientele.
• Understand client needs and develop tailored services and solutions.
• Develop an understanding of clients\' business goals and strategies to align expectations and deliver results.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee advertising campaigns across various media channels.
• Present agency work and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Work with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within a marketing agency.
• Excellent understanding of marketing and advertising principles.
• Fluent in Russian; excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g., CRM systems).
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
• Creative thinking skills and the ability to address client needs and challenges.
• Proven track record managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
• Experience with digital marketing is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
